Testing out the new metal Coava Kone filter, makes a pretty amazing cup of coffee. It acts as a reusable filter for the chemex, but it also makes the coffee amazingly sweet and fragrant. This cup of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe tasted like Jolly Ranchers and strawberry.
